Short answer

Piceci Services is a HubSpot Solutions Partner providing CRM consulting, implementation, migration and ongoing support for companies across the US and Canada. We specialise in HubSpot as the core platform and connect it to ERP, e-commerce, billing and support systems. Typical engagements: CRM selection and RFP support, implementation in four to ten weeks, data migration from a spreadsheet or a legacy CRM, and a monthly RevOps retainer. Delivery covers Eastern and Pacific hours, with SOC 2-aligned processes and ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified delivery.

Why companies replace their CRM

The CRM is rarely the problem — the way it was set up usually is

Before proposing a platform we look at how you sell, who needs which number, and where the data actually lives today. Half our projects end up fixing an existing system rather than replacing it.

01

Data nobody trusts

Duplicates, empty fields and offline spreadsheets mean the pipeline number is a guess. Fixable, and usually first.

02

Disconnected systems

Sales cannot see orders, finance cannot see the pipeline. Integration removes the manual reconciliation nobody has time for.

03

No reporting discipline

Without stage definitions and a weekly cadence, dashboards are decoration. We install the process, not just the charts.

04

Multi-region realities ignored

Multi-entity groups, cross-border USD/CAD deals, state-by-state tax and privacy rules, distributed sales teams. Generic templates ignore all of it.

Our CRM services

From platform choice to long-term operation

You can engage us for one phase or all of them. Most North American clients start with an audit or selection support and continue into implementation and a retainer.

01

CRM selection & strategy

Choosing the right platform with evidence, not vendor decks.

  • Requirements workshop and process mapping
  • Shortlist with honest trade-offs
  • RFP support and vendor demos scripted by us
  • Total cost of ownership over three years
  • Implementation roadmap and internal business case
02

Implementation & migration

The build: configured, migrated, integrated, adopted.

  • Data model, pipelines and automation
  • Migration with dedupe and reconciliation report
  • ERP, e-commerce and billing integration
  • Email authentication and deliverability
  • Training, documentation and hypercare
03

Support & RevOps

Someone accountable for the system every month.

  • Named point of contact on Eastern or Pacific hours

CRM services FAQ

Questions US and Canadian companies ask us first

Which CRM do you recommend for companies in the US and Canada?+

For most B2B and mid-market companies we recommend HubSpot: fast to deploy, strong automation and reporting, and a broad integration ecosystem. Some verticals, like complex enterprise field service or heavily regulated industries, are better served by specialised platforms, and we will say so when that is the case.

How much do CRM services cost in the US?+

It depends on what you need: selection support is a short advisory engagement, an implementation is a project, and support is a monthly retainer. Everything is fixed-scope and quoted in USD after a free audit, so you see the number and the deliverables together before committing.

Can you migrate our data from a spreadsheet or an old CRM?+

Yes. Excel, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, HubSpot-to-HubSpot, Dynamics, and custom databases. We dedupe, normalise phone numbers and addresses, keep history where the source allows, and deliver a reconciliation report so you can verify counts.

Do you integrate the CRM with our ERP or billing system?+

Regularly — NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage, Odoo, Stripe and custom systems. The usual pattern: ERP or billing owns products, invoices and payments; CRM owns customers, pipeline and activity, with a documented sync in between.

Do you provide ongoing support after go-live?+

Yes, through a monthly retainer with a named contact working Eastern or Pacific hours. It covers improvements, data-quality monitoring, new-user onboarding and reporting changes. There is no lock-in and you keep full admin access.

How do you handle data privacy and compliance?+

We build with CAN-SPAM and CASL compliance for email, align with state privacy laws such as CCPA where applicable, and use role-based access with ISO 27001 certified internal processes. Data-processing agreements and documented data flows are standard.

Can you work with our in-house IT or RevOps team?+

Yes, and we prefer it. We define the interfaces, review their configuration work and take the pieces they do not have bandwidth for. Everything is documented so knowledge stays in your team.

What if we only need a small piece of work?+

Small scopes are fine: a reporting rebuild, a deliverability fix, a single integration. We quote it as a fixed-price package rather than pushing you into a full programme.
