CRM services
in Dubai and the UAE
CRM selection, implementation, migration and support for companies in the Emirates. We build systems that hold real data — pipelines, quotes, integrations and reporting your management team can act on.

Piceci Services is a Dubai-based CRM company providing CRM consulting, implementation, migration and ongoing support for UAE and GCC businesses. We specialise in HubSpot as the core platform and connect it to ERP, eCommerce, accounting and support systems. Typical engagements: CRM selection and RFP support, implementation in four to ten weeks, data migration from Excel or a legacy CRM, and a monthly RevOps retainer. Delivery is on Gulf hours in English and Italian, from a licensed Dubai entity, with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified processes.
The CRM is rarely the problem — the way it was set up usually is
Before proposing a platform we look at how you sell, who needs which number, and where the data actually lives today. Half our projects end up fixing an existing system rather than replacing it.
Data nobody trusts
Duplicates, empty fields and offline spreadsheets mean the pipeline number is a guess. Fixable, and usually first.
Disconnected systems
Sales cannot see orders, finance cannot see the pipeline. Integration removes the manual reconciliation nobody has time for.
No reporting discipline
Without stage definitions and a weekly cadence, dashboards are decoration. We install the process, not just the charts.
Regional realities ignored
Multi-entity groups, AED/USD/EUR deals, tenders, distributors, WhatsApp-first buyers. Generic templates ignore all of it.
From platform choice to long-term operation
You can engage us for one phase or all of them. Most UAE clients start with an audit or selection support and continue into implementation and a retainer.

Questions UAE companies ask us first
Which CRM do you recommend for companies in Dubai?+
For most B2B companies in the UAE we recommend HubSpot: fast to deploy, strong automation and reporting, and a healthy integration ecosystem. Real-estate brokerages and some regulated sectors are better served by specialised platforms, and we will say so when that is the case.
How much do CRM services cost in the UAE?+
It depends on what you need: selection support is a short advisory engagement, an implementation is a project, and support is a monthly retainer. Everything is fixed-scope and quoted after a free audit, so you see the number and the deliverables together before committing.
Can you migrate our data from Excel or an old CRM?+
Yes. Excel, Zoho, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Odoo, Dynamics, Bitrix and custom databases. We dedupe, normalise phone numbers and country fields, keep history where the source allows, and deliver a reconciliation report so you can verify counts.
Do you integrate the CRM with our ERP?+
Regularly — SAP Business One and Business Central, Odoo, Zoho Books, Tally, QuickBooks and custom systems. The usual pattern: ERP owns products, stock, invoices and credit; CRM owns customers, pipeline and activity, with a documented sync in between.
Do you provide ongoing support after go-live?+
Yes, through a monthly retainer with a named contact working Gulf hours. It covers improvements, data-quality monitoring, new-user onboarding and reporting changes. There is no lock-in and you keep full admin access.
How do you handle data protection?+
Data-processing agreements, role-based access, EU or regional data residency where required, and ISO 27001 certified internal processes. For UAE clients we align to PDPL requirements and document where personal data flows.
Can you work with our in-house IT team?+
Yes, and we prefer it. We define the interfaces, review their configuration work and take the pieces they do not have bandwidth for. Everything is documented so knowledge stays in your team.
What if we only need a small piece of work?+
Small scopes are fine: a reporting rebuild, a deliverability fix, a single integration. We quote it as a fixed-price package rather than pushing you into a full programme.

A free audit gives you a clear list: what is broken, what it costs in lost follow-up and wasted time, and what we would fix first.
