How much does a CRM implementation cost in Dubai and the UAE?

There is no single price, but there is a predictable structure. A UAE CRM budget has four parts: platform licences, implementation, integrations and ongoing operations.

1. Platform licences

HubSpot is priced per seat and per hub tier. A small sales team on Sales Hub Starter is a few hundred dirhams a month; a marketing and sales organisation on Professional tiers is a mid four-figure monthly commitment. Licences are the easiest number to get and the least likely to be the reason a project fails.

2. Implementation

This is where scope decides cost. A single-pipeline rollout with clean data, standard objects and two integrations is a compact project. Multi-entity groups with several legal entities, multi-currency deals, Arabic and English communication templates and approval workflows are materially larger.

Cost drivers to watch:

  • number of pipelines and whether stages have real exit criteria
  • number of source systems in the migration
  • custom objects (projects, vessels, shipments, properties, tenders)
  • reporting complexity and board-level dashboards
  • training across offices and time zones

3. Integrations

Each integration is its own mini project: website forms, eCommerce, ERP or accounting, VAT-compliant invoicing, telephony, WhatsApp Business. Native connectors are inexpensive; ERP and custom middleware are not.

4. Ongoing operations

Budget for RevOps after go-live. A CRM without an owner degrades within two quarters. Monthly support typically covers data quality, new automation, reporting changes and enablement for new hires.

What good budgeting looks like

Allocate roughly 60% of the first-year budget to implementation and migration, 25% to licences and 15% to post-launch operations. Refuse fixed prices given without discovery โ€” they are either padded or scoped to fail.

Local considerations in the UAE

Plan for VAT-compliant document flows, data residency questions, Gulf-hours delivery, and bilingual templates. Working with a licensed UAE counterparty simplifies contracting, invoicing and accountability.
