Case study · Il Bronzetto

1,600 items and three warehouses. One source of truth, inside HubSpot.

Il Bronzetto, a Florentine atelier founded in 1963, ships bespoke brass and bronze lighting to five-star hotels. Stock lived in spreadsheets, away from the CRM where sales promised delivery dates. Moving inventory onto HubSpot records changed how the team sells.

The challenge

Three stock locations, tracked in spreadsheets updated at the end of the day.

The atelier keeps finished pieces, components and raw castings across the main warehouse in Florence, the bottega in the Oltrarno and the showroom.

Sales worked in HubSpot, but stock lived somewhere else. Every order started with a phone call to the warehouse, and nobody knew what was already set aside for open projects.

  • Availability checked by phone before every quote.
  • The same piece occasionally promised to two different hotel projects.
  • No view of stock reserved for bespoke orders still in production.
  • Best-selling finishes running out before the bottega was told.
The solution

Inventory & Warehouse Management on their HubSpot portal, no new tool for the team.

We installed our Inventory & Warehouse Management app on Il Bronzetto's HubSpot portal. Stock appears on the item and warehouse records the team already uses: no separate dashboard, no new login.

Each load, shipment, transfer and adjustment is recorded as a stock movement, so physical, reserved and available quantities are always up to date.

01
Set up warehouses and items
Three warehouses configured (Florence warehouse, Oltrarno bottega, showroom) and the existing catalogue imported as items with their opening stock.
02
Record every movement
Stock In, Stock Out, transfers and adjustments recorded from HubSpot, each with date, user and reason.
03
Reserve stock for Work Orders
Pieces for bespoke projects are reserved on the Work Order as soon as it is confirmed, so sales only see what is really available.
